Working process:

1. Crushing

Put the aluminum and plastic materials into a crusher to crush them into smaller particles.

2. Grinding

Send the crushed particles into a grinder, and grind them into powder.

3. Sieving

Then the aluminum powder and plastic powder will be sent to eddy-vibrating screen to control the powder size - bigger powder will be sent back to the grinder for further grinding.

4. Electrostatic separation

Finally, the mixed aluminum powder and plastic powder will be separated into separate aluminum powder and plastic powder according to an electrostatic separator by taking advantage of the different conductivity of metal and non-metal.
