Working process

First, waste aluminum plastic materials will enter a crusher through the conveyor belt and are processed into small flakes. Then, the flakes enter a grinder to grind into powder about 24-26 mesh, after that, an eddy-vibrating screen will sent the bigger powder back to the grinder for secondary grinding. The small enough powder will go into an electrostatic separator, which is used to separate metals from non-metals according to their different conductivity. The separation rate can reach to 99%. Finally, pulse dust and cyclone dust removal system will collect the dust with the collecting rate of 99.5%.
