How does AC radiator stripping machine work?

1. Cut off the iron ends from the radiator, in case they will damage the blades.

2. Cut off the iron of the waste AC radiator, in case they will damage the blades, and then cut the undeformed and flat radiators into 30-40cm wide and one or two layers with radiator cutting machine.

3. Put the pre-processed AC radiators into the feeding of AC radiator stripping machine. - Feeding gears gnaw at radiators and take them into the machine, the blades are right above each copper tube and gash the aluminum fin, then copper tubes and aluminum fin will come out from the outlet automatically.

II. AC radiator crushing and separating machine

AC radiator crushing and separating machine is a large AC radiator recovery and recycling machine, which is a production line to process waste AC radiators, car water tanks, condenser, refrigerator crushed materials, etc. It can separate copper, aluminum and iron with the shape of pieces.

How does AC radiator crushing and separating machine work?

1. Put the scrap AC radiator on the belt conveyor;

2. After shredding and crushing, a mixed metal of about 2-3 mm of copper, aluminium and iron is obtained;

3. The magnetic separator will separate iron from copper and aluminum;

4. The negative-pressure baffling separator can separate 30% small aluminum from mixed metals.

5. Use the air separator to sort the copper and aluminum according to the principle of airflow suspension, using the different specific gravity of copper and aluminum;

6. In the working process, there are pulse dust removal system and cyclone dust collectors to collect dust.
