Thirdly, these aluminum and plastic powder will be sent to the eddy-vibrating screen. The eddy-vibrating screen can control the size of powder. If there are some powders over 26 mesh, eddy-vibrating screen will sent them back to grinding mill to further ground.

Fourthly, enough small powder will be sent into an electrostatic separator. Electrostatic separator is used to separate metal and non-metal according to their different conducitivities in a closed high-voltage electric field. Due to the different conductivities of aluminum and plastic, electrostatic separator can separate them easily, the separation rate can reach to 99%.
