June 6, 2026 – We're happy to share that on June 3, 2026, HENAN DOING signed a contract with a Chinese customer for a 400-500 KG/H China circuit board recycling line.

The customer runs an auto dismantling yard that processes around 20,000 vehicles a year. As you can imagine, that means a lot of scrap circuit boards from dashboards, ECUs, wiring systems, and other electronic parts. Their main goal? Recover precious metals like copper, gold, silver from those boards, which is why high metal recovery rate equipment was at the top of their list.

This Chinese customer first reached out to us on May 25 with an inquiry. Just three days later, on May 28, they visited our factory. We showed them the equipment in person, let them test it with their own material, and they got a real feel for how it works. That same day, they decided to move forward. We spent May 29 going over the contract details, and by June 3, the deal was signed. It was a smooth, fast process – from first contact to contract in just over a week.

Before the main recycling process, customers can also use a separate electronic component dismantling machine. This machine removes valuable components like IC chips, capacitors, and connectors from circuit boards before crushing. These parts can sometimes be sold or reused directly. ·Multi-stage crushing: First, a shredder breaks down whole circuit boards into pieces about 2-5 cm. Then a hammer crusher reduces that further to under 1 cm. Finally, a hammer mill grinds everything to smaller than 4 mm. The goal is to fully liberate metal from non-metal material.

·Separation process: After crushing, an air separator pulls out about 95% of the metal. Then an electrostatic separator handles the remaining 5% that's still mixed with resin powder. Combined, the separation rate reaches around 99% – exactly what the customer was after.

·Dust control: The whole line runs with a cyclone dust collector and a pulse-jet bag filter. These catch both larger particles and fine dust, with automatic ash discharge. So the operation stays clean and doesn't pollute the surrounding area.
