Step 1: Use knife crushing machine to make the aluminum-plastic film become the crushed material, whose size is normally about 1cm.

Step 2: By the air conveying machine, the crushed material is conveyed to the electromagnetic feeder.

Step 3: The electromagnetic feeder control the material enters the grinder uniformly.

Step 4: The material is conveyed to the rotary vibrating screen.

Step 5: The materials screened by the rotary vibrating screen enter the electrostatic separator through the bucket elevator.

Step 6: The aluminum and plastic will flow out from different outlet.

1. The wind conveying machine is a fully enclosed transportation, which can prevent the pollution of the working environment of the workshop caused by the flying of materials, and keep the surrounding environment of the workshop clean. Moreover, when the air transport system is negative pressure feeding, there will be no phenomenon of material jamming.

2. The grinder is equipped with a circulating water cooling system, which can reduce the phenomenon of plastic melting caused by the high temperature generated during the pulverizing process.

3. In screening process, the larger material will be returned to the vibrating screen for grinding to central the particle size of the material.

4. The electrostatic separator can make the purity of sorted aluminium and plastics reach above 99%.
