Processing raw materials

Firstly, shredder and crusher will cut the waste CCL to 4mm particles.

Then, the eddy-vibrating screen will control the particle size to 20mesh. If the particles are a little bigger, well, they will be sent back to crusher for further crushing.

Working process

At last, air separator and electrostatic separator will separate high purity and good quality copper and resin fiber according to their different gravity and conductivity. The separation rate can reach to 99%.

The whole workflow uses no water, fire, or chemical solution, which won't produce any pollution to environment. Besides, during the whole process, the cyclone and pulse dust collectors will collect the dust to make sure the site clean. The capturing rate can reach to 99.5%.
